The Quick Tip

Whenever you are reviewing client event notifications and see the “Add Email Address” prompt, be sure to enter your client’s current email address into the system.

What This Unlocks

By adding the email address directly into the notification, you enable the system to send personalized, customizable emails to your clients regarding important upcoming milestones. Use this feature to effortlessly notify clients about:

  • Upcoming policy reviews
  • Approaching surrender dates
  • Life term conversion opportunities

Leveraging this built-in feature saves you valuable time on manual outreach while ensuring your client communications remain proactive, relevant, and highly professional.
